Information Desk

If you need any assistance whilst shopping at intu Chapelfield you’ll find our Customer Information Desk on the Lower Ground Mall, near Boots and House of Fraser. At the desk you can also buy intu Chapelfield gift cards, which can be spent in over 80 of our shops, cafés and restaurants.

Toilets & Baby Changing

Family rooms for baby changing and customer toilets are conveniently located on the Lower Ground Mall near HMV and on the Dining Terrace near Pizza Hut.

Cash Machines

Intu Chapelfield has cash machines on the Lower Ground Mall near HMV and on the Dining Terrace near El Taco Loco.There is also an ATM on St Stephen's Arcade, outside Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.

Shopmobility

Norwich Shopmobility are situated on level -1 of the car park - adjacent to the disabled parking area. This service is very popular so please book in advance. To book a vehicle or make an enquiry please call 01603 753350

Our scheme offers the loan of scooters, electric wheelchairs and manual wheelchairs to people who are either temporarily or permanently disabled and elderly people with walking difficulties. All our scooters and wheelchairs can be used anywhere within the boundaries of the inner city ring road.

A year’s membership costs £5, with a charge of £3 per loan. Non-members can hire manual wheelchairs at £5 per day on a temporary basis, with a £25 returnable deposit. Shopmobility users are entitled to 4 hours free parking at intu Chapelfield. Please have your parking ticket validated at Shopmobility.

To register your membership you will need to bring along two forms of identification, which can be of the following: Blue badge, Passport, Driving license, 2 x utility bills

Our first aid point is at the Information Desk on the Lower Ground Mall, near Boots and House of Fraser. Alternatively, ask any member of the intu Chapelfield team when in the centre.

Getting Here

Intu Chapelfield is in an ideal location for those wanting to enjoy Norwich’s cosmopolitan mix of shops and eating places. Neatly situated within the historic city’s traditional centre and just inside the city’s inner ring road, the beauty of Intu Chapelfield is that you can easily reach the centre by foot, bike, bus, train or car. However you decide to come and visit us is up to you.

Car Parking

Intu Chapelfield's 1,000 space shoppers car park is located under the shopping centre and is open from 8am each day. Last entry is at 10pm (at 8pm on Sundays) but you can exit from the car park at any time, 24 hours a day. The car park tariff is £1.20 per hour for the first four hours, with a special flat rate of £2.00 after 3pm.
